About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented full-time Accountant to join our finance team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will support the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial processes.

Based in our Head Offices in Eagle Farm, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills working with a high performance team and be a part of exciting growth stage the company is experiencing. Flexible working option is available for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for but not be limited to:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage day-to-day accounting tasks.
  • Process invoices, receipts and purchase orders.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee records.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure financial compliance and streamline processes.
  • Assist the finance team with end of month and end of financial year requirements.
  • Assist with general administrative duties.

You will have:

  • Proficiency in accounting software Xero (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of payroll and purchase ordering systems, Employment Hero and Approval Max, preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and reporting.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience is required.
  • Understanding of basic accounting and payroll principles.
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable with change, learning, and improving processes.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred but not essential).

Customer Experience, Resolution & Insight Executive
  • About the Role
  • This isn’t your typical customer service role — it’s where empathy meets commercial insight.
  • As our Customer Experience, Resolution & Insight Executive, you’ll own the end-to-end customer resolution process — managing escalations, driving service recovery, and uncovering insights that shape how Alpha shows up for customers across digital, call centre, and branch operations.

    The Customer Experience Representative is an important role within our operations as they are the front facing and main point of contact with our customers. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on exceptional customer service and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customers enjoy a smooth, positive, and seamless experience. To equip you to deliver this experience, full training will be provided.

    About the role

    Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking a CXR on a Permanent basis for our Tweed Heads branch. Casual roles are also available for the right candidate.

    In this role, your key responsibilities are:

    • Provide a positive experience to our customers over the phone and in person.
    • Managing car hire rental agreements – on-hire and off-hire
    • Complete all associated paperwork in an efficient and timely manner
    • Check vehicles in and out
    • Record any vehicle damage and organize relevant maintenance checks, as required.
    • Sell associated rental products and services over the counter
    • Refuel and move vehicles through the branch in a safe manner
    • Ensure the branch is always maintained in a clean and tidy manner.
    • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies, rules, and guidelines always.

    About you

    To succeed in this role, you will have:

    • Flexibility to work on a rostered system across weekdays, weekends and public holidays (essential)
    • A Driver’s licence (essential), preferably an Open Driver’s licence (highly regarded)
    • Computer skills are a must (essential)
    • Experience in an administrative, rental, sales, or service role (highly regarded)
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities.
    • Problem solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints
    • Be agile and able to work at pace.
    • Must have own reliable transport to and from the branch
